• Please confirm classroom availability using the “Classroom Schedule” feature on the Academic Administrative System before making a reservation.
  • Submit your application online using the “Classroom Reservation Form”. Once reviewed, the department office will notify you via email or phone. Please confirm your reservation details in the “DPM Classroom Reservation Status” on this webpage.
  • Upon confirmation, you may collect classroom keys and equipment 10–20 minutes before your reserved time. Keys and equipment must be borrowed and returned during the office’s working hours, which are as follows:
  • Office Working Hours
    • During Semesters: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:10 / 13:20 – 17:30
    • During Summer and Winter Breaks: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 12:10 / 13:20 – 17:00
  • Please maintain cleanliness and order in the borrowed venue.
  • When collecting keys or equipment, you must leave your student ID or another form of identification as a surety.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, promptly notify the department office.
